Five Stars. Always Five Stars. I am from Columbus, Ohio, but I am grateful that my schedule has permitted me to have Doctor Hoffner and his amazing staff take care of my dental needs. I value trust; Dr. Hoffner and his staff consistently offer thoughtful advice for my rather unique problems with my teeth. I have a disease that causes abscesses, resulting in tooth decay, nerve damage, and ultimately tooth loss. I feel that Dr. Hoffner has offered me advice that isn't drastic, but appropriate for my needs. Continuing with trust, I also overpaid for services once, and Dr. Hoffner's billing cut me a check for the overpayment after everything had cleared my insurance. The caveat: I was happy with what I had paid, and I had NO IDEA that my insurance picked up more than any of us thought until I received a check in the mail. Talk about integrity. For this particular visit, I needed my partial denture repaired. It took only a day to send out and get it back, for a very reasonable cost. Thank you, Hoffner Elite Dentistry!

I cannot express enough what a treasure Hoffner Elite Dentistry is. I came to them after having dental work done at another office out of state that failed just 6 months later. I was in a lot of discomfort and the dentist who did the work wanted me to fully pay to have the work redone. As you can imagine I was ready for another provider. I came to Dr. Hoffner unsure of letting another person do work that may fail. Dr. Hoffner and his dental assistant Lauren more than put my mind at ease but I left very nervous to have the procedure done. I went this Monday to have the crown fully removed and a temporary crown put on as more of the crown fell off (they got me in the same day so I didn’t have to wait until my appointment). The whole time I was waiting for pain ( I have extremely sensitive teeth and gums and I am 20 weeks pregnant). It never happened. They made sure I was so comfortable, they were prompt and efficient and so competent. I felt so overwhelmed by how well it all went. It was such a pleasant experience! I have never been to the dentist and enjoyed it this much. I am not worried at all about having the permanent put on and look forward to going back. It is such a relief to have a dentist that I can trust not just for myself but for our whole family. After dealing with dental pain for over a year and wasting a lot of money on work that failed I was more than elated to find someone who truly cares and did the work well and correctly. He didn’t do any unnecessary work and was clear and confident which I really appreciate. I can go on for way too long but if you are looking for a dentist and are terrified of the dentist or had a bad experience in the past, look no further. This is your dentist that you can trust. Dr. Hoffner and all of their staff and assistants are wonderful.

Write a review??? ABSOLUTELY I will!! To put it mildly, I was and probably will always be, a “hot mess” when it comes to going to a dentist. However finding Hoffner Elite Dentistry was a godsend!!! From day one I was treated with nothing but respect and no shaming was uttered from a single person! They are the most wonderful group of ladies, and I can’t forget Dr Hoffner, that you would love to have on your team! I found this place because it was meant to be! THANK YOU ALL for helping me through my phobia!!

I had a very good experience. Shortly after I arrived the dental hygienist came out and greeted me and took me back (on time) for my appointment. She was very friendly, polite, and personable. She did a very good job cleaning my teeth and taking x-rays, being careful and gentle as possible the whole time. Dr Hoffner came in and checked my teeth and afterwards had a brief but pleasant conversation addressing any questions or concerns that I had. It was a very pleasant, stress-free experience.

I have been going to Hoffner Elite Dentistry since September 1, 2022 and I am very pleased with the attitude of the staff and Dr. Hoffner himself. I have never had to wait past my appointment time. I recently had a tooth removed on Nov 28th and have yet to take any pain medication. I would recommend his practice to anyone who has doubts of going to the dentist! Color me Happy!

My last visit to Hoffner Elite Dental went very well! The 5 crowns were placed on the posts in less than an hour; no adjustments were needed as the crowns fit perfectly. Since there was NO pain, no numbing was necessary. I really have to thank Technician Leah and Dr. Hoffner for doing an excellent and very competent installation. I have adapted to the new teeth almost immediately. Most of all, I can actually smile again!

I appreciate being kept up to date about my appointment date and time. From the moment I walk into the reception area until I leave the office, I am treated with respect. I have confidence that the personnel that work in the dental office are competent and well trained. I am very happy with the services they provide.

Best dentist office I’ve been to (and I think my wife would say the same)! My hygienist was thorough and friendly and Dr. Hoffner was also very friendly (he didn’t need to be thorough thankfully 😂 but I’m sure he is). I’d absolutely recommend HED to anyone searching for a new dentist office 👍🏻.

Everyone was very kind even though my anxiety got the better of me. The assistant actually held my hand when she could. It really didn't hurt as much as I anticipated and he popped that tooth out in no time at all. Although having a tooth pulled is not pleasant or painless, they did their best to minimize both. Good job!

Uneventful cleaning and check-up appointment. Bright and clean facilities. All staff members with which I have interacted have been helpful and professional. I have been a patient for several years and appreciate the continuity in staffing I have witnessed compared to the "revolving door" environment I see at other medical practices.

I feel so relaxed when entering the office. The staff at entrance, Meagan and Beth, greeted me by name and with a big smile. My dental assistant, sorry can’t recall name, was so professional and continued with great conversation during procedure. Dr Hoffner provided great service and made sure I didn’t have any questions for him. I would recommend him and his team for any and all dental needs.

First time with this dentist and dont regret my desicion one bit. They took less than 2 hours to do my exam and then fix my tooth which involved removing an old filling and adding the new filling. The lady who shaped the new filling did an amazing job, she checked her work I think 4 times to ensure it felt and looked natural. They made sure I felt absolutley no pain and gave me as many breaks as I needed to keep my jaw from feeling discomfort. The numbing shot didnt even feel like a needle because the use a very good numbing gel before the shot.

Had an appointment cleaning and examination if teeth. Was very anxious as I do not enjoy going to dentist. The dental hygienist was most kind and patient. Dr Hoffner was also aware of my nervousness. He too kind and patient. When examine my teeth a small crack was found Dr. was able to work me into his schedule that same day to correct the problem. I was pleased with the treatment I received at Hoffner Dentistry.

I am always very pleased with the service I receive from everyone at Hoffner Elite Dentistry. From the receptionist to the dental hygienists and Dr. Hoffner I receive personalized care and concern. There is very minimal wait time and services are provided with care for my comfort. I am always happy to know what the cost of my procedure will be. Communication concerning appointments are wonderful.

This place is great and the greatness starts from front desk ending with the treatment to fix my teeth, the front desk employees, dentist assistants, dental hygienist, dentist, all of them are great, nice, friendly, responsive, knowledgeable, including the building is very beautiful from outside and inside, everything is shiny due to cleanliness, the decoration is beautiful too. I used to go to Hoffner Dental Practice more than 4 years now and as always they are the best and no one can beat them.

My husband recently took a job working about 2 hours from Findlay and has had a difficult time scheduling an appointment for his cleaning. Megan worked with us several times to schedule an appointment and got us in first thing in the morning so he wouldn’t have to miss much work. Lindsay was great and cleaned our teeth with extra care. Dr Hoffner is always friendly and professional as well. We appreciate this office and would recommend them to anyone.

On August 21, 2023, I went to Hoffner Elite Dentistry for routine teeth cleaning and overall X-ray. The technician and Dr. Hoffner are both personable, professional, and listened to any concerns I might have had. I have been going to Hoffner dentistry since August 2022 and see no reason to go elsewhere.

I had such an amazing experience at this practice ! My husband is the one who recommended it to me because of his amazing experience. The entire staff is amazing and it’s such a great reflection on Mr. Hoffner himself. I highly recommend Megan! She took such good care of me and explained everything very well! She even gave me some good “new mom” parenting advice lol Things I’m sure are rarely said when it comes to going to the dentist but I can’t wait for my next appointment!

Went for cleaning today. Candace did an excellent job. She's gentle but thorough. I used to dread dentist appointments but not anymore. If you are at all apprehensive of dental care you should try Hoffman Elite. From the receptionist to the dentist assistants, hygienists, and Dr Hoffman himself they are are all amazing!

Had to have a tooth extracted on July 27th. The procedure went very well. The tooth was extracted in a very short time. I had no discomfort whatsoever. I was given clear directions prior to the procedure and after the procedure. The next day after the extraction, I had no pain or discomfort. I’m not sure that the procedure could have been completed any smoother! The care I received was excellent!

As always Hoffner and his team of elite dental hygienist’s and staff did an amazing job at making us feel welcomed and comfortable ! The service provided was impeccable and efficient. The entire staff is a dream and exactly what you want in a professional office responsible for your oral care! I have been a patient since 2009. When Dr Hoffner came he took over my dental health. He is outstanding. He listens to patient concerns, answers questions, straightforward, thorough, kind, professional and a GREAT dentist. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND him to everyone. The hygienist, dental assistants, and office personnel are all friendly, helpful, & professional. For me all the things I have stated based upon my long experience here are very important factors when choosing a dentist for yourself, children, family, friends and strangers looking for a GREAT Dental practice. The hygienist is excellent! The Dr. Comes in after the hygienist does the cleanings and x-rays and reviews x-rays and checks my mouth and teeth. He is very professional and gas great manners. The receptionist do a great job confirming my appointments and insurance claims. They are also very professional.

They undoubtedly the best around. The staff absolutely just doesn't walk a patient back, but make you feel like family. Always. Dr. Hoffner, I can't say enough Between his fabulous bed side manners, he is a gem, you won't want to lose. I just had an extraction yesterday, no pain at all. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING TEAM!! Was in for a root canal today and they work together to make your experience as painless (physically and financially) as possible. Great personalities. Asked a question and they immediately dove into it to diagnose it on the spot, from diagnosis, to scheduling , to the insurance....I know what to expect before I even left. I love the people at Hoffner Dental. Everyone is so helpful, cheerful, and welcoming. Even though the extraction of my tooth involved taking it out in several pieces, I felt nothing except the pain of holding my mouth open. Dr Hoffner gave me the "time outs" that I needed to rest my jaw. I would definitely recommend Hoffner Elite Dentistry for everything from cleanings to more complex dental work.

I needed to have an immediate appointment to check to see if I had a cracked tooth as I was leaving on vacation in a few days and was feeling some pain. Called on Monday expecting to get an appointment in a week or so. To my pleasant surprise an appointment was made for me that same day ( 4 hours after I called) and Dr. Hoffner examined me and came me something for my gums. (No cracked tooth). That is why I like this dentistry office so much. Very friendly people who treat a patient with respect.

I went in last week for a cleaning and filling. It had been 2 years since I had any dental work done due to being scared to sit in the dental chair. Candace did an amazing job and always made me feel very comfortable while she was cleaning my teeth. Dr. Hoffner was very comforting and did an amazing job at the injection. I explained that I’m hard to numb, and of course had to have another round due to not being numb and he didn’t mind numbing me for a second time. In my previous dental years a lot of the doctor said there’s no way you’re not numb but not doctor Hoffner. They were even nice enough to test my tooth before they even started drilling to assure that I would not feel it. I believe Leah placed my filling and did an amazing job making sure I was comfortable the entire time. She did a good job explaining everything as she went along, so I kind of knew what was going on. Overall, this is one of the best dental experiences I’ve ever had and will continue going there. Thank you Hoffner Elite for taking such good care of me!

The whole process was easy and quick. I was able to call in and get scheduled quickly. I was able to fill out my paperwork from home and upload it to them before my appointment. Once in the office the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Haffner was no slouch either. He was able to explain my issue, identify the solutions with options, and complete the posedure (at a later appt). When the procedure did not go as predicted he was supportive of me and attentive my limitations. His experience put me at ease and got the job done. Their office also followed up to make sure my at home care and experience we also positive. Definitely a reason to like going to the dentist!

This is the best place ever! I have never felt so comfortable in a dental office in my entire life. The entire team does a wonderful job! I’ve never felt anything in the chair and have always been more than pleased with the care and compassion shown at this office! I don’t mind making the 2.5 hr trip. It’s well worth it! I cannot say enough good things about this office. I’ve had my teeth cleaned, root canals, fillings, and done Invisalign through them. I’ve always had dental anxiety and I used to have to be orally sedated in order to have treatment. I have not even had to use nitrous at this office. Everybody is so nice. polite, and patient. They always take the time to explain things to me. I would highly recommend going to this office. They even did a filling on my four year old grandson. He always wants to go back and get another magic nose!

This experience was totally different from what I expected! The STAFF are AMAZING! They made you feel relaxed and at ease. The Doctor is very caring and makes sure that you are never in pain. I could not get an dental appointment in Lima. Most dentist in Lima are out of network or to busy to take new patients. It took a year to start looking at out of town dentist. I called Hoffner Elite Dentisry. They were in network with both of my insurances. I got an appointment that day. They are a great team, and do fantastic work.

Candace is my hygienist and Dr Hoffner are wonderful!! I definitely haven’t had a great experience in the previous years with dentists. This changed after coming here! They put me at ease. They are both very kind and provide excellent care. I no longer feel afraid to go to the dentist and can leave with a smile on my face. They are genuine and just great people!

I remember the panic and lack of confidence that came when it happened. Thankfully, I went to Hoffner Elite Dentistry within 24 hours for an emergency procedure and they were able to get me in and help me no problem. The staff was incredibly helpful and has always been very kind to me. They were able to resolve and fix my issue. Dr. Hoffner after many years of Implant experience explained everything to me very well and made me feel much better with the outcome he was expecting to have. Yes, the process took many months to achieve, but In the end, that’s exactly how I felt which was much better, back to my old self, and I felt that I was able to get my smile back, as well as my confidence. I just recently had a root canal done by Dr. Hoffner and his assistant and they did a wonderful job. Dr. Hoffner noticed an infection on one of my teeth while I was in for my routine cleaning. Dr. Hoffner and his staff are great! They make it their first priority to explain to the patient what needs to be done and they make you feel at ease.

I have been afraid of the dentist my entire life. Because of this, I have quite a few bad teeth and am quite apprehensive about getting them pulled(last tooth I went to aspen dental and had horrible experience/didnt num my mouth enough and actually felt them breaking my tooth out during the extraction).. Dr. Hoffener is like a tooth navy seal. Top tier pro, the first visit he extracted 3 very badly decayed/abscessed teeth for me, was hands down most comfortable experience with dentist Ive ever had(I literally came back as soon as they were healed to get another pulled.) If you are getting dental work done in north western ohio, I couldnt recommend this place more!

State of the art dentistry by 2 dentists who stay at the top of their game by advancing their practice with continuing education in the most advanced techniques. The employees from the front desk to the dental assistants and hygienists (and there’s a bunch of them) follow suit. No I’m not a relative but just a retired guy with enough time to give credit where credit is due.

Dr. Hoffner and his assistant always do a fantastic job, and both are very pleasant and I recommend them to everyone I know and anyone else who is looking for a Dentist! I really appreciate the job they do and how very personable they are! Best Dentist by far I have ever had. Im a customer for life.

My childhood dentist gave me the worst anxiety ever and I didn't have my first cavity until I was 19.He never numbed me while performing dental work , or listened to my symptoms. Let me tell you about Dr. Anderson, he's amazing. When you walk in, it's a beautiful cozy, welcoming office. Dr Anderson and his staff are personable and top notch! It's nice to sit in the chair and not have your knuckles grasping anything in sight to prepare yourself for the pain you're about to endure. 2 pinches and it's numb. 5 minutes later he does an extraction and I'm done. So if you have dental anxiety or a previous experience that has left you bad taste in your mouth, please call Dr Anderson's office and have him, his assistants, and his office take care of you.

I have medical issues and Dr. Anderson and his staff made sure i was comfortable.they took the time to sit with me and talk to me. I have had many many bad dental experiences and this one visit has restored my trust and restored my comfort with dentists. Dr. Anderson even went the extra mile and helped me mind more information on a medical condition I'm struggling with. Thank you isn't enough to express my gratitude for all they did for me today.

I needed work done that was very difficult that other oral surgeons (in BG) turned down because of the difficulty level. I haven't been able to smile much, but Dr. Anderson is amazing to work with and up-to-date with procedures and is confident with bone grafts and implants. He's going to help me to smile again. He'll tell you how it is, but will do anything for you. Great Dentist and surgeon; highly recommend.

I have been looking for a good dentist for so long I let my teeth go. I didn't want to pay an arm and leg for a dentist. I felt they(dentist) would try to sell you on something and the price was outrageous. Anderson and Hoffner Dental is great! They work with you! Treat you with respect. They explain the little things to you, so you'll understand why they do the things they do. I would go back there without insurance thats how great it is.

I have been using Dr Bill Anderson for about 16 or 17 years. He has always taken such wonderful care of the teeth for our entire family. I have also seen Dr Austin Hoffner two times for root canals and he has provided a gentle touch and excellent care! All of the staff is very knowledgeable and provide excellent customer service.

I have never been treated with more kindness and understanding than I have ever been. Dr Anderson was on point and voiced a few concerns he had while I underwent surgery. I have been a patient at this clinic for at least 6 years now and have always been happy, but I have to say that the care that I have received there over the last 6 months has been above and beyond anything I ever expected. I have had 2 major procedures done this year, and both Dr. Hoffner and Dr. Anderson extended themselves out to me after hours and made themselves available if I needed anything. Both take the time to listen to their patients and their concerns, and genuinely care for their patients. Candace did a very thorough cleaning and exam of my teeth this week. Also, while she was very professional during the appointment, she was also very personable and down to earth to talk with. The office and exam rooms are kept clean and visually appealing, which I appreciate. The dentist was also very kind, attentive and easy to talk to. We take our two young children to Anderson Dental and they always leave with a smile, which is important to me as a mom. Thank you!

I recently moved to Findlay, Ohio and needed to switch to a local dentist. Anderson Dental Center was recommended to me by a friend for their quality and service. I am so glad that I took my friends recommendation because this establishment has one of the friendliest and sociable staffs I have dealt with. Very easy and flexible to work with regarding payments and scheduling. I have yet to have a negative experience with them!

Dr. Hoffner and his hygienists are awesome! We recently had our 4 year old son here for 3 root canals/caps. I was very nervous about him having pain during the process.....lets just say they took amazing care of him that he would even go back without his dad 🙂 Over the weekend I our son complained about pain--on a Sunday night at 7:30pm I contact Dr. Hoffner left a message. He returned my call within a few short minutes and had us in there Monday morning checking it.

Going to the dentist is not on my favorite things to do list, but I have to say that EVERYONE here is so friendly and my experience with them has been awesome! I have recently had a problem tooth that was very infected, had to have a root canal, and now a crown. I was so nervous about this whole process. Dr. Hoffner and all the staff have made me feel so calm and explain everything to me and answer all my questions. After my root canal, they called to check on me the next day to see how I was feeling. Great customer service! I would recommend to everyone!
